Who we are

TNow (terrenow.com) is a service of Motometria. Contact: info@terrenow.com.

What TNow does

TNow gathers and reads public information about land (cadastre, municipal plans, constraints and market data) and presents it in reports.

Reports are a reading of the public documents available on the date they are generated. They are not a legal opinion, nor a prior information request or any other statement issued by a municipality, and they do not replace a land registry certificate or the analysis of a qualified professional.

Any decision depends on how the municipal services interpret the plan and on factors that public documents do not show. Values in euros, areas and percentages are estimates and state where they come from.

Accounts and use

Access is personal. Clients are responsible for the use of their accounts and reports.

TNow may not be used to collect personal data in bulk, or for unlawful purposes.

Professional and Business plans are for the client's internal use. Delivering TNow reports or results to third parties, with or without the client's brand, requires a Partner licence.

Prices and payment

Each plan is quoted in writing after the demo, VAT not included.

The minimum term and conditions of each plan are set in the written agreement signed before the service starts.

Liability

Motometria does its best to keep information accurate and up to date, but relies on public sources that may be incomplete, outdated or unavailable. Motometria is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the reports.

Intellectual property

The software, the TNow brand and the reports in their format belong to Motometria. Underlying public information keeps the licences of its sources.

Governing law

Portuguese law applies.
