What we collect

In the demo form: name, company, email, phone, kind of work and the message you write. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.

Why

Only to answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare the demo and a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and your consent.

How long

We keep request data for up to 12 months after the last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell or pass on your data. The site is hosted on servers contracted by Motometria in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@terrenow.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

Landowners

TNow reports do not store landowners' personal data in bulk. When a client records an owner, that record stays only on the plot being worked on and is deleted when the plot is discarded.
